CC&Rs – Architecture:
CC&Rs: Enforcement of regulations as outlined in the CC&Rs, especially pertaining to unkempt, unsightly yards or lots; long term storage of campers, trailers, boats, etc. kept in open view and any other condition that is determined a nuisance.
Architectural control has responsibilities to review all new homes to be built, remodel of existing structures, placement and design of out buildings, ensuring CC&R compliance with design and aesthetics.
Water & Landscaping:
Water: Responsibilities are primarily focused on working with the water system management company who has contracted to keep our wells and pumps functional, water quality in compliance with Idaho Department of Environmental Quality and perform routine system maintenance to ensure reliable, dependable service to all residents.
Landscaping: Work closely with contractors performing maintenance of common grounds and ponds, including weekly and periodic upkeep as well as improvements and repairs as deemed necessary to sprinkler systems, etc.
